Passport rules

What holds for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, written out plainly.

1. Eligibility

To register and travel you must be 18, or older if the legal age where you live is higher. Whether online gambling is lawful in your country is for you to confirm.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica, which holds the licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These passport rules fall under the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One passport per person. Give correct details, see that the name on your account matches the name on your payment method, and keep your login private.

• Several passports under one name, device or payment method may be cancelled without notice.
• Formal applications, self-exclusion and account closure included, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Funds must be brought in from an instrument in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 at the fifth welcome stamp.

• Card crossings: up to 10 a day and 40 a month, with a ceiling of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto purses are kept apart and cannot be merged.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC is required before every withdrawal: an official photo ID, a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with matching names. As an AML measure, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before leaving.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; applications reviewed within two business days.
• Limits for non-jackpot winnings: €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpot winnings are not capped.
• A withdrawal above a method's per-crossing limit may be sent in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be recalled before it completes; the funds go back to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Every bonus visa has to be requested in the profile before the qualifying deposit; it cannot be stamped on afterwards. Only one bonus visa may be valid at a time.

• Wagering on the welcome visa is ×40; on the first live bonus it is ×15.
• Maximum stake while serving a visa: €5 per spin or round, €1 under the first stamp.
• Contribution: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Maximum winnings from all bonuses together: €10,000; maximum carried out after wagering: ten times the starting bonus.
• Filing a withdrawal while a bonus visa is valid cancels that visa and the balance attached to it.

7. Dormant accounts

A passport idle for six consecutive months is charged €10 a month while it still holds a positive balance.

8. Responsible gambling

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus conditions and limits may be amended, so check the current wording before accepting an offer. Where a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
